Our client provides an outstanding IT Services & Support for companies based all over the UK. They are currently looking for a 2st Line Support Engineer to join their team in Eastbourne.

The job
You will be working in a 2nd Line Support Technician role, primarily on our client’s help desk but also at their client’s sites and projects when needed. Which is why you really should have a driving licence, but a car isn’t compulsory as you’ll have access to company vehicles.

What we need from you…
They build clients solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure, so an excellent working knowledge of them – particularly Microsoft 365 is essential. You’ll have some certifications to back up your working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

As you’d expect supporting small businesses, we look after a range of devices, so a good knowledge of Microsoft & MAC Desktop, Microsoft server operating systems is needed as well as mobile operating systems.

You’ve most probably worked in an IT Support role for at least a couple of years or so and are motivated to provide the best support for clients, as well as the right technical solutions.

They generally work an 08:30 to 17:30 day, but there are always times they’ll schedule jobs out of hours, either remotely or on site.
They are a small team who work hard to help their clients and each other to deliver exceptional service. Although as techies they can work anywhere in the world, they do want someone who will be able to be in the office as company culture, learning and the office banter is important to our client.

What will you get paid?

Salary would be IRO £25k depending on experience.
