Our expanding luxury goods client is looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and dynamic administrator to join their busy team.

Main duties/responsibilities; 

Input orders onto courier/hub websites

Liaise with couriers and hauliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve queries

Liaise with the production team regarding stock availability

Liaise with the dispatch team regarding stock availability

Liaise with the dispatch team regarding dispatch of orders

Order stationary, general office goods, etc.

Organise customer returns and collections

Provide cover for other members of the admin team as and when required to cover holidays/sickness.

The successful candidate should have export experience, have the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload and have a solid administration background. Must be computer literate in the MS Office suite.

Ideally you will also have knowledge of the following;

  • Certificates of Origin
  • Bonded deliveries
  • EMCS/ARC entries

Due to the clients rural location your own transport is preferred.

Hours: 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.
