Executive headhunting

Discreet executive headhunting by a team with their own executive level experience.

Executive headhunting needs its own unique approach: discretion, understanding of the role, industry knowledge, credibility, speed. And for you, it should be a positive process, not a stressful one. Yes, really.

Recruiting a new exec is always a lot more complex than just finding the right person. There are other factors to weigh in like working out the most effective way to promote growth, handling in-house politics, the cost of onboarding verses promoting from within. It’s important stuff so, we’ll ask questions, we’ll challenge your assumptions, we’ll think creatively, we’ll be objective, and we’ll explore all options. To make sure you get the right person.

The team at RSE have always supplied us with 1st class candidates for all of our recruitment needs. They’ve taken time to get to know us and understand us as a company and our team dynamics which enables them to get it right first time every time.

The process

Once we know more about you, the process starts with a tight job specification. Don’t worry, we’ll take the lead on this.

The next step is screening and interviewing candidates. We take responsibility for this too, to ensure your time is never wasted. During this stage, we check all candidates:

  • Have the skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Are happy with the package on offer
  • Are motivated, excited and inspired by the role

Once we’ve whittled it down to an interesting and well qualified short list, the next step is for you to interview the candidates. We organise this and if it’s a close call between candidates, we can also provide psychometric testing to shed a little light.

Talking your language

We’ve worked with a lot of senior managers and leaders. In fact, we’ve been senior managers and leaders. And we’ve done a lot of executive headhunting for a lot of different roles. We prefer to have exclusivity just because we find that people commit more to the process with this approach. And yes, we can assist internationally. Our lead headhunter has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.

Our core values

The more we know, the better we can help. It’s that simple. If we don’t ask you lots of questions, we’re not doing our job.

We may not be big, but we are bold. We’ll challenge your assumptions. We’ll think creatively. But we’re always constructive.

Discretion is a must. You need to know you can be totally open and honest with us. And you can.
